Overall happy with this purchase and appreciate the seller's communication. This plant arrived in apparently healthy and happy condition outside of its thick root having grown beyond/outside the plastic pot so I had to do a creative cutting of the pot off to extract the plant.
Hot Tip: I immediately repotted it into a more appropriately sized pot, but I wish I'd waited for the plant to adjust to its new surroundings before repotting. The shock of a new environment and new pot caused almost all of the plant's leaves to fall off over the course of two weeks. It's acclimating now and has a happy little sprout coming out the top so I feel confident that it will be fine, but it was worrisome there for a bit!

The Bottle tree shipped is a good height for a starter. The leaves arrived with some old Spider Mite damage, so quality wasn’t the best but that issue can easily be corrected. Overall satisfied with my purchase.

Great communication from seller, I forgot to order winter protection and she reached out and I added it. Unfortunately plant still arrived with cold damage. Not the greatest packaging, bottom was protected but top was only in peanuts and because of it lost it leaves. I think I would order from this seller again but in warmer months.

You can definitely find cheaper options out there, but I wouldn’t recommend them because plants from those sources can sometimes arrive with pests. With this shop, you can tell the plant was very well taken care of and is great quality. This plant is very healthy and looks amazing.
