Anthurium 'Queen of Hearts'

Anthurium 'Queen of Hearts' is a cultivated hybrid admired for its large heart shaped leaves, velvety texture, and deep red coloring. New leaves emerge with burgundy or reddish tones before gradually darkening as they mature. Its dramatic foliage and prominent veins make it especially popular among collectors of velvet leaf Anthuriums. Because it is a cultivated hybrid, it does not have a natural native range, although the Anthurium genus originates from tropical regions of the Americas. Its exact parentage has not been reliably published.
